Refunite has been an invaluable partner, aiding our efforts to reconnect separated families. Through the relay indoor program supported by Refunite, CERAD has reached out to over 5000 urban refugees (Somali, Congolese, Eritrean, Birundi, Rwandese, and South Sudan communities with primary health care outreach services and supported them todevelop adaptive measures toclimate crisis through establishment of urban community gardens to improve food security and over come malnutrition among the under 5 children.
