About Us

Who We Are

CERAD Center for Relief Aid and Development is a woman-led, non-profit organization registered in 2023, located in Nakabugo Village, along Sentema Road, Wakiso District, Uganda.

We were founded with a deep and personal commitment to transforming the lives of women, children, and young people in underserved communities. We serve some of the most vulnerable communities where countless women and children suffer from preventable illnesses and deaths due to poverty, cultural barriers, and limited healthcare access.

CERAD uses community-based practices and local solutions to empower women, young people, and children in areas of sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, and economic empowerment.
